The Civilization Simulator

Model different societal structures and see how they produce different outcomes over time. Useful for exploring "what if" scenarios and understanding structural dynamics.

The simulator runs entirely in your browser. It uses a built-in rule engine for all responses — no AI service, API key, or external connection is needed. An optional AI-powered interview mode is available in Settings for those who want richer NPC dialogue, but the core simulation is fully functional without it.
